Half Time Score: St Peters: 1,8 – 2,6 Castlecomer Full Time Score: St Peters 1,11 – 4,17 Castlecomer Time Of Significant Scores: Castlecomer scored a crutial goal to put them 1 point ahead just before the break and then picked up where they left by constantly striking the ball over the bar. Goals came easily by the ball dropping into the square and converted by the full forwards. Peters Heads dropped but they continued to press on but they lost possession alot in the midfield area and the ball failed to enter the castlecomer half back line. |
